Hello all,
I apologize for the short notice, but due to a scheduling conflict, we will be cancelling the July meeting of PCARC. Please join us again in August for the next meeting and to plan some fall activities. If you have an idea for public operating events, please share it with the group!
For our next few projects, we will begin working on basics of digital modes, soundcards/interfaces, and progress to using Winlink. If you would like to assist with any of these presentations, please let me know.
Lastly, it is my sad duty to notify you that a member of our club, Bill Richey (WA3OWC) became a Silent Key last night. If you met Bill, you likely picked up that he was a very active man who had accomplished much in his life. It is evident that he was dedicated to serving others between his military service, his operations as a MARS and Amateur Radio operator, and his many roles within our local community at the township level. Please remember him and his family during this time. No information on memorial services have been announced yet, but I will try to forward that information along as it becomes available.
